The short version. Using our website, app, forms, texts, or phone lines
means you agree to these terms. Gifts to the church are irrevocable and
non-refundable. We may text or call you about things you signed up for, and
you can stop that any time by replying STOP. Our AI assistants help with
questions and sign-ups — they are never a substitute for talking to a pastor.

Welcome to the websites, applications, and communication services of Believers World Outreach Church (“BWOC,” “the Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a local church ministry of Burchfield Ministries International, Inc. (“BMI”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any services, platforms, communications, or technologies provided by BWOC.

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service

These Terms apply to all digital platforms, communication systems, and technologies operated by or for Believers World Outreach Church, including:

bwoc.cc and any BWOC subdomain, form, or landing page
The BWOC mobile application
Online registrations, donations, and purchases
Child and youth check-in systems
SMS, RCS, email, and voice communications
AI-powered voice agents and messaging systems
Backend automation and administrative tools

BWOC operates under the corporate umbrella of Burchfield Ministries International, Inc. BMI’s other outreaches — Country Camp, Discovery Camp, Texas Bible Institute, Young Believer’s Broadcast, Signs and Wonders Today, NewCreation.Network, and BMI Gift — each operate their own websites under BMI’s general Terms of Use.

2. Giving, Purchases & Registrations

If you make a donation, purchase, or registration through the Service (“Transaction”), you may be required to provide payment and billing information.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
All information you submit is accurate, complete, and current

BWOC uses trusted third-party payment processors. Payment information is handled securely in accordance with industry standards and our Privacy Policy.

Donations are non-refundable. Contributions to BWOC are irrevocable gifts and, consistent with IRS requirements, are made without donor-imposed conditions on their use; the Church retains full discretion and control over the use of all contributed funds, including designated gifts once a designated need has been met. Refunds of event, camp, or class registration fees are governed by the refund policy published for that event. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor.

3. Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

We strive to ensure that all information on the Service — including service times, event dates, pricing, and descriptions — is accurate and up to date; however, these may change without notice.

BWOC reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Consent to Communications (SMS, RCS, Voice, Email)

By using the Service — including submitting a connection card or form, registering for an event, checking in a child, calling a church number, or interacting with an AI agent — you consent to receive communications via:

SMS (text messages)
RCS (rich messaging services)
Voice calls (live or automated)
Email communications
AI-assisted communication systems

Messages are sent only in connection with your participation, request, or interaction — confirmations, reminders, check-in and pickup notices, follow-ups, pastoral care, or relevant church updates.

You may opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting the church office. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

BWOC uses AI-powered tools to support communication, registrations, and administrative processes.

AI may answer questions, collect information, or provide guidance
AI use is disclosed when you are interacting directly with an AI agent
AI may be used behind the scenes for routing, logging, or summarization
Personal data is not used to train public AI models

AI is not a substitute for pastoral care. AI-generated responses are informational and do not constitute pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, or legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, and contact the church office to speak with a pastor.

All AI usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts & User Responsibilities

If you create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage a household account that includes minor children. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account, including check-in and pickup authorizations made from it.

BWOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

7. Campus Conduct and Ministry Participation

Participation in BWOC ministries, classes, volunteer roles, camps, and events is a privilege extended at the discretion of church leadership, and may be subject to additional requirements including application, interview, background screening, and agreement to ministry-specific standards of conduct.

The Church may decline, suspend, or end any person’s participation in a ministry role or event where leadership determines it is necessary for the safety of others or the good order of the ministry. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, membership rights, or a contractual entitlement to any ministry position.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, branding, sermons, music, graphics, livestream and video recordings, audio prompts, AI agent voices, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of BWOC, BMI, or their licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, re-streaming, or distribution is prohibited. Sermon audio and video may be shared through the links and sharing tools we provide; it may not be re-uploaded, edited, monetized, or redistributed without written permission.

Worship music performed in our services is used under license from the applicable rights holders; those licenses do not extend to you.

If you believe copyrighted material has been used improperly, please contact the church office at the address in Section 15.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes
Interfere with AI, check-in, giving, or communication systems
Attempt to access child check-in records, giving records, or member data you are not authorized to view
Impersonate another individual, member, staff member, or organization
Solicit the congregation for commercial, political, or fundraising purposes through our directories, forms, or messaging systems
Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content

10. Photography, Video, and Livestream

Services, classes, camps, and church events are regularly photographed, recorded, and livestreamed. By attending or participating, you grant BWOC permission to use your likeness in these recordings for ministry, archival, and promotional purposes without compensation. Requests to be excluded from published media may be made in writing to the church office, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites. BWOC is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify BWOC and Burchfield Ministries International, Inc., and their officers, pastors, staff, and volunteers, against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BWOC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including message delays, failed or delayed check-in or pickup notifications, AI errors, livestream interruptions, or data loss.

14. Termination

BWOC may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination shall do so.

15. Governing Law and Ecclesiastical Matters

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to submit to civil adjudication any matter of doctrine, faith, internal church governance, membership, discipline, or the selection and conduct of ministers, which remain the exclusive province of the Church under the First Amendment and applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

BWOC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
